U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., returned to Twitter on Wednesday night after a trip to Puerto Rico and wasted no time in ripping into Republicans over management of the federal Department of Veterans Affairs.

"Like many public systems, GOP want to rip the battery out + say the whole car doesn’t work, so they can sell it for parts," the congresswoman wrote. "Fully funding the VA & hiring to fill the *49k vacancies* is a clear path to improving it - not auctioning off our vet care systems to for-profit companies."

VETERANS ORG OFFICIAL: OCASIO-CORTEZ MAKING 'STRAW MAN ARGUMENT' ABOUT THE VA

Earlier Wednesday, President Trump said he agreed with Ocasio-Cortez that the VA didn’t need fixing, but insisted that it was his administration that made it better by passing the Veterans Choice & Accountability act.

The freshman lawmaker had said during a recent town hall event in New York that the VA wasn’t broken and was actually providing “some of the highest quality” care to veterans.

“All I can think of is that classic refrain that my parents always taught me growing up, is that: ‘if it ain't broke, don't fix it,’" she added, as part of her argument against privatizing aspects of the scandal-scarred agency's work.

Ocasio-Cortez is the latest big name on the left to find Trump agreeing with something she said.

On two occasions recently, Cher seemed to take positions that aligned with the presidents'.

After Sen. Bernie Sanders said Monday on CNN that he supported allowing violent criminals to vote, Cher reacted with a tweet that has since been deleted.

“Does Bernie Sanders Really Believe [People] In Prison Who Are Murderers, Rapists, Child Molesters, BOSTON [Marathon] BOMBERS …STILL DESERVE THE RIGHT TO VOTE,” the actress wrote.

That drew a reaction from Donald Trump Jr.

On April 14, Cher questioned Los Angeles’ ability to handle a large influx of illegal immigrants when it has 50,000 homeless on its streets.
