Donald Trump leads all Republican presidential competitors in Nevada and South Carolina, according to a new CNN/ORC survey of GOP voters. The poll showed Trump besting Ben Carson by double-digit percentage points in the two early nominating states.

"Trump's supporters in Nevada are more committed than others: Among those likely caucus-goers who say they have made up their minds or are leaning toward someone, 53 percent support Trump, 21 percent Carson, seven percent Rubio and everyone else is at five percent or less," wrote Jennifer Agiesta, CNN's polling director. "Those who say they are still trying to decide whom to support break 21 percent each for Carson and Trump, 12 percent for Fiorina, ten percent for Bush, nine percent for Huckabee and six percent for Rubio."

While Trump appears to have succeeded at shoring up support in Nevada, approximately 60 percent of respondents told CNN they "are still trying to decide."

Overall in Nevada, Trump leads at 38 percent, followed by Carson at 22 percent, Carly Fiorina in third at eight percent, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio at 7 percent, and former Gov. Jeb Bush at 6 percent.
