New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie wants the private sector to come up with solutions to climate change and keep the federal government out of the way.
In one of the only questions about climate change in Wednesday's third Republican presidential primary debate, Christie said the first step to encouraging renewable energy usage is to stop giving money to the federal government.
