    Taylor Swift Reveals Her Secret to Looking Gorgeous

    Taylor Swift's secret to making heads turn is a lot less complicated than you might think. If there’s one thing the 24-year-old statuesque siren is rarely seen without, it’s her signature red lipstick. And just how many tubes of red lipstick does she actually have? “I don’t have an excessive amount!” Swift told PEOPLE Magazine. “Right now [I’m using] Dragon Girl by NARS…I’ll go through different phases with makeup and always try new things. Except I never really get too far from red lipstick, do I? I guess I just think my face looks worse without it. That’s pretty much the only rationale behind it.” Swift has a point. And the secret to that lies in your skin’s undertone. “In natural lighting, look at the inside of your wrist,” explains makeup artist Samantha Klein, who has worked behind the scenes at New York Fashion Week. “If your veins appear blue, you have a cool undertone. If they appear greener you have a warm undertone. If you can’t really tell, or you think you see a mixture of both, then you may be neutral.” Once you’ve figured out your undertone, it’s time to get shopping!
