Super Bowl Recipe: The "Victor Cruz" Salsa

Loaded with veggies, this salsa is extremely flavorful and chunky!

    Ingredients 4  large ripe tomatoes, chopped
    ½ cup red onion, chopped
    1 cup black beans
    1 jalapeno, minced (optional)
    2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 lime, juiced
    ¼  cup olive oil
    ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
    ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
    ½  teaspoon salt

    Step 1 Chop all ingredients and place in a large mixing bowl.

    Step 2 Add lime juice, olive oil, spices and salt. Toss until well-combined and let it marinate for 15 minutes before serving.
