The 2015 Teen Choice Awards kicked off on Sunday night to honor some of the biggest stars in music, film, TV and web, but we were too busy admiring all the sizzling summer styles. And in terms of fashion, there were plenty of curve-hugging dresses and low-cut ensembles — especially the one wore by 33-year-old Spears, who was apparently channeling a mermaid.
