According to one recently published study, brightly colored lips may increase the contrast on women's faces, making them appear younger than those wearing less color. “Bold lips are a killer trend this spring," says Sandria Marie, owner of Brazen Cosmetics. "Everyone can wear them no matter your age or style." Marie advises keeping makeup toned down when wearing bold lip color. “Opt for a subtle shimmery ivory or taupe shadow with a hint of brown liner. Brows should be bold, but not too dark.
