Kate Middleton Recycles Dress (Again), Still Stuns as Usual

She’s up to her old tricks again. READ: How to Recycle Your Wardrobe Like Kate Middleton It’s no secret Kate Middleton loves making uses of her wardrobe by wearing dresses more than once, and she did just that while completing royal duties with husband Prince William. People Magazine is reporting the couple teamed up to “highlight a series of causes close to their hearts.” On Wednesday, the duo visited Luton in their native UK to take part in talks about mental health and emotional wellbeing “across faith groups in the diverse community.” They attended Youthscape, a charity organization dedicated to helping young people. For the occasion, the 34-year-old Duchess of Cambridge wore a body-hugging L.K. Bennett dress featuring azure-hue poppies. The outfit was paired with nude pumps and a matching clutch. And no, your eyes aren’t fooling you. The mother of Prince George (age 3) and Princess Charlotte (age 1) wore the exact same dress back in April 2014 while visiting the Royal Australian Air Force Amberley Base.  PHOTOS: Kate Middleton's Style Blooms with Flowers Stylist Marcus Stewart previously told us Middleton is actually sending a bold message to the world in consciously sticking to her beloved favorites, inspiring women to be just as thrifty, as opposed to splurging on the latest trends. “It takes the pressure off of consumers to acquire so much and it actually humanizes us all a bit more,” explained Stewart. “It’s so much bigger than a lack of clothing or the Duchess running behind schedule. It’s her saying, ‘We are all the same.’ It’s actually less about fashion and more about making a strong political statement.” And how can anyone be thrifty like the royal? Stewart suggests looking out for timeless pieces that can be worn for any occasion, all while revamping them with subtle changes, like different accessories or new shoes. PHOTOS: Kate Middleton Stuns in Two Slimming Outfits “I always shop for multipurpose items for my clients,” added Stewart. “If you wear the Prada shirt dress with flats and a woven belt during the day, don’t be afraid to wear it again at night with a strappy open toe high-heel sandal and beautiful statement jewels. Fashion is meant to be enjoyed and lived in.” And in case you’re wondering, that poppy print dress is sold out. See how Middleton is rocking her latest look (again) below:
