Over the past week, the 28-year-old actress has proudly showcased her head-turning couture and growing baby at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival in France. Lively, who is there promoting her new film "Café Society," has been seriously slaying the red carpet with body-hugging pieces featuring dangerously high slits, deep v-neck cuts, and towering stilettos. Back in April, Us Weekly broke the news that the former "Gossip Girl" actress was expecting her second child with husband Ryan Reynolds (Lively gave birth to their daughter James in December 2014), but Blake's bump hasn't slowed her style one bit.
