Perform this routine twice a week on non consecutive days.

    Barbell squat Beginners: do 1-2 sets of 10-12 reps of each exercise. Rest as you need it Intermediates/advanced: do 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps of each exercise. Rest 60-90 seconds in between reps.
