National Latino AIDS Awareness Day is Oct. 15.
The Latino Commission on AIDS is offering free screenings as part of its efforts to get the word out. 'Get tested; Know Your Status' is the message from the Commission.
Representatives from the Latino Commission on AIDS, including a dance troupe that is helping spread the word, spoke with Good Day New York about the campaign.
