- Star of the movie "Due Date," actress Michelle Monaghan told Women's Health she tries to drink green juice (that includes kale, celery and spinach!) three times a week, and she never misses breakfast. Monaghan likes to keep berries in her fridge for a fresh snack, and she always stretches in the a.m. Monaghan told the magazine she wasn't always a health fanatic - in fact, she used to be a regular at McDonald's, but once she got pregnant with her daughter, Willow, she decided to trade fast food for vegetables. "Ultimately, it's eating sensibly," she said. "But, if I'm at a restaurant, all bets are off."read more
