    Run Away

    Ingredients • 2 oz. tequila • ¾ oz. mango puree • ½ oz. lime juice • ½ oz. agave syrup • 1 orange wheel Preparation Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake. Serve on the rocks. Garnish with an orange wheel.

    Snap Peas

    Ingredients • Sugar snap peas • 1 oz. Manzanilla Sherry • 1 oz. Beefeater Gin • 1 oz. simple syrup • ¾ oz. lemon juice • 2 dashes absinthe • Tonic water • 1 sugar snap pea for garnish Preparation First, muddle snap peas. Add first six ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with tonic water and garnish with a snap pea.

    Heaven on Her Lips

    Ingredients • 1 strawberry • ¾ oz. simple syrup • 2 oz. gin • ¾ oz. lime juice • 5 basil leaves Preparation In a shaker, first muddle strawberry in simple syrup. Then, add remaining ingredients and ice and shake for 7–8 seconds. Double strain (using a fine strainer) into a cocktail glass. Garnish with another fresh basil leaf on the lip of the glass, if desired, and serve.

    The Lovable Trickster

    Ingredients • 5 muddled blackberries • 5 lemon verbena or 3 basil leaves • 1½ oz. 209 Gin • ¾ oz. simple syrup • ½ oz. lime juice • Club soda Preparation Muddle the blackberries and either lemon verbena or basil leaves. Combine the gin, simple syrup and lime juice into the glass with the muddled ingredients. Shake and double strain into a tiki glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with a few blackberries and a basil or verbena leaf, if desired.

    Maple Berry Smash

    Ingredients • 3–6 blueberries and blackberries • 4–6 mint leaves • ¾ oz. lemon juice • ¾ oz. diluted maple syrup • 2 oz. Old Bardstown Bourbon • ¼ oz. Nux Alpina Walnut Liqueur Preparation Muddle berries, mint, lemon juice and syrup together in a cocktail shaker. Add bourbon and liquer. Shake everything with ice and double strain over one large cube into a rocks glass. Garnish with berries and mint leaves, if desired.

    Ingredients • 1½ oz. Nolet’s Gin • 4½ oz. ginger beer • Red grapefruit slices • Mint sprigs Preparation Fill wine glass ¾ full with ice. Add gin and ginger beer. Place grapefruit slice in glass and top with mint sprig.

    White Mint Julep

    Ingredients • ½ oz. simple syrup • 5 mint leaves • 2½ oz. Jacob’s Ghost White Whiskey • 1 tsp. powdered sugar Preparation Muddle together mint and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Add white whiskey and ice. Shake generously. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Add a splash a water and garnish with a mint leaf and powdered sugar.

    Ingredients • ½ of a clementine, muddled • 1 oz. vodka • ½ oz. Crème de Pamplemousse Liqueur (red grapefruit liqueur) • ½ oz. grapefruit juice • ½ oz. lemon juice • ½ oz. honey syrup • Splash of prosecco (about 1 oz.) Preparation Add all ingredients, except prosecco, in a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into a glass. Top with prosecco. Garnish with a clementine zest.

    Strawberry Cobbler

    Ingredients • 2 whole strawberries • 3 oz. Lustau Amontillado (sherry) • ½ oz. lemon juice • ¾ oz. dark sugar syrup (can also use simple syrup if not available) • Strawberry slices • Powdered sugar Preparation First, make dark sugar syrup by combining equal parts turbinado sugar, dark brown sugar and water into a medium saucepan. Stir over high heat until sugar is fully dissolved. Strain into a plastic container with a lid, and refrigerate until ready to use. To make cocktail, place two whole strawberries in mixing tin and muddle for 5 seconds. Fill mixing tin with sherry, lemon juice, dark sugar syrup and ice. Shake for 10–15 seconds. Strain mixture into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with strawberry slices and powdered sugar.
