The reality star has recently been entangled in a lawsuit with her former maid. TMZ reports that Kim successfully fought off a lawsuit from Isabel Hernandez, the maid who worked for her when she was still married to music producer Damon Thomas.   Hernandez alleged that she was owed back pay from the former couple for work performed between 2006 and 2008. She sued the socialite for $29,000, but agreed to drop the suit after Kim's lawyer pointed out that Kim divorced Thomas in 2004 and moved out in 2003 -- before the payment problem started. The notoriously ill-tempered supermodel has had many legal issues with "help," including a recent run-in with a cab driver. In 2000, the supermodel pleaded guilty to a 1998 telephone assault on her former assistant Georgina Galanis. Georgina also alleges that the model threatened to throw her out of a moving car.  Three other employees of the supermodel have also accused her of physical abuse, including former housekeeper Ana Scolavino. In March of 2006, Campbell was charged with second-degree assault for her second phone-related assault. Campbell allegedly (and famously) hit Scolavino with a jewel-encrusted cell phone. She pleaded guilty to a charge of reckless assault in January 2007. Stay out of Naomi's way! WATCH: More about Naomi's cab case at FOXNews.com. (AP)

The "Brothers & Sisters" star had some nanny trouble last year, when he filed lawsuits against former childcare workers Laura Boyce and Jessica Gibson, accusing the pair of "spreading malicious lies" about him. Lowe said Gibson "bragged" about giving him a massage during a family trip and told people "she wished he would divorce Sheryl Lowe," according to court documents. Both women sued back, claiming harassment by the actor and his wife. But lawyers for all parties eventually asked for all the lawsuits to be dismissed. None of the attorneys disclosed whether a financial agreement had been reached. Shady. (AP)

The former "Dallas" star and her former housekeeper, Maribel Banegas, both filed lawsuits last year alleging assault by the other during a blowout at Principal's home. According to the lawsuit filed by Banegas, Principal pulled a gun on her after she took too long walking the actress' pet Shih Tzu. Benegas claims she was waiting for the dog to go potty. The housekeeper says she asked for her final check after Principal fired her on the spot. Principal went upstairs and came back down with a gun, "which she then pointed and aimed" at the maid, according to court papers. Principal filed her own lawsuit, admitting pulling a gun on the housekeeper, but says she did so only after Banegas threatened, screamed "give me money" and injured her dog. Both women called 911.  The suit was recently settled, with the maid providing a letter, in which she apologizes for "any unintentional injury to your little dog, Mei-ling." The terms of the settlement are confidential. Read more at TMZ.com. (AP)

In 1999, Sly was reportedly sued by five of his former cooks and cleaners, who alleged that Stallone's wife, Jennifer Flavin, told them they could be fired if they looked directly into the actor's eyes, and they should "back out and vanish immediately" when Stallone entered a room at his former Miami estate. The former staff sued for 1.5 million in damages.                                                          The workers were allegedly banned from speaking to Stallone's mother, Jackie and from eating or drinking anything from the house. They said they were required to undergo daily searches, and maids were to check guests' suitcases "to see if they took towels or silverware" when leaving. The lawsuit says Jennifer Flavin accused the employees of stealing the signed photographs of Jackie Stallone, and fired them for speaking to Jackie. The Stallones' attorney called the claims "purely fictional." And added, "They were fired for absolute cause; they didn't perform the work as requested." (AP)
