Check out which big names in Hollywood got their start on this daytime soap.

  • Where Are They Now?
"General Hospital" got it's start in 1963 and is now one of the longest running daytime soap operas on TV.  After hitting a lull in viewership in the '70s, they reclaimed their glory in the 1980s by introducing super couple Luke and Laura (shown here) into the mix.  It is amazing how many 'GH' stars have gone on to lead very successful Hollywood careers.  Take a peak at who launched their career on the show that Time Magazine voted one of the "100 Best TV Shows of All Time" in 2007.  (ABC) Follow FOX411.com on Twitter.
