    Surprising Covers It's hard to believe the number of A-List stars who have graced the cover of Playboy Magazine since it's launch in 1953.     Tiffany APRIL 2002 Pop singer Tiffany posed for the cover of Playboy in April 2002 with the hopes of reviving her '80s singing career. Posing for the magazine was intended "to break down those barriers so people couldn't say, 'Aww, she's still 14,'" the singer explained.
