Ron Jeremy underwent heart surgery after being hospitalized due to an aneurysm near his heart

Jeremy's rep, Mike Esterman, told Fox411 that the adult film star's surgery went smoothly and is now resting with complete privacy and no visitors.

Earlier, TMZ reported that Jeremy began experiencing severe chest pains Tuesday afternoon and drove himself to the hospital.

In addition to his adult film career, Jeremy appeared on “The Surreal Life,” “Tosh.O” and “Chappelle’s Show.”
