The latest Gosselin drama involves Jon suing Kate for more custody and possible spousal support. Jon’s attorney told TMZ that Kate is "an absentee mom," whose stint on Dancing with the Stars prohibits her from mothering their twins and sextuplets. Jon may also seek spousal support from his ex wife; he currently pays Kate $22,000 a month in child support, a fee List calls "ridiculous." James Van Der Beek, AKA "Dawson" recently settled an alimony payment with his soon-to-be-ex wife, Heather. TMZ reports that Van Der Beek has to pay McComb $7,750 a month in spousal support. Diddy's ex Misa sued the mogul, asking to increase her $5,000 monthly child support payments. It worked, and Diddy was reportedly ordered to pay $21,782 per month for Justin, the largest child support payment in New York state history (as of 2005). The star was ordered to pay the hefty sum, although he countered that in addition to child support, he covers Justin's health insurance, tuition, vacations, clothes and other items, shelling about $120,000 per year on the kid. Diddy has two other baby mamas for a total of five children, plus one step-son. Justin recently celebrated his 16th birthday on the MTV series "Super Sweet 16." The report states that in addition to the child support, Richards got $60,000 a month in alimony (also tax-free) for two years.
