Kate Upton recently traveled to Antarctica where she posed for photographers wearing a white bikini and not much else. "It was definitely the hardest shoot I've ever done," Upton told People magazine. Her hard work paid off, however, when the white-hot shots landed her on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue — for the second year in a row. READ: Model Crush Kate Upton The feat was last accomplished by Tyra Banks in 1996 and 1997. As it turns out, being the cover girl of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue (twice!) has its perks. The 20-year-old's skyrocketing fame has landed her on the guest lists of some of the hottest events around the globe. “I’m on top right now, and I'm really excited.
