We mostly hear about IMG model Ireland Baldwin through her red-carpet appearances and risque Instagram posts, so we were kind of taken aback to see her at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week actually modeling stuff on a runway. Last Friday, the 18-year-old presented a Donna Karan creation in the annual Heart Truth Red Dress Collection fashion show, which is sponsored by the American Heart Association's "Go Red for Women" campaign. Baldwin was just one of many celebrities to strut their stuff on the catwalk in NYC's Lincoln Center, among them decorated Olympian Lindsey Vonn and actresses Bella Thorne and AnnaSophia Robb (all pictured below).
