Jack & Kelly Osbourne  It can't be easy to have Ozzy Osbourne as your dad! And although Kelly and Jack are both cleaned up and even successful now, they each struggled with drug use over the years. "I had my tonsils taken out [at age 13], and they gave me liquid Vicodin," Kelly told People in 2009. "I found, when I take this, people like me. I'm having fun, I'm not getting picked on. It became a confidence thing." She went to rehab for her addiction to painkillers at 19 and 20. While younger brother Jack also started partying as a tween, it was after his mom got diagnosed with colon cancer that he really spiraled out of control.  "I had smoked pot and drank every day for two years," he told MTV. "I was taking Vicodin by the handful. Valium, Xanax, Dilaudid, Lorcet, Lortab, Percocet, you name it." By 17, he was in rehab. (Reuters)

Fergie  The Black Eyed Peas singer has long been open about her year long stint with hard drugs.  "I got into a scene. I started going out and taking ecstasy," she recalls. "From ecstasy it went to crystal meth. With any drugs, everything is great at the beginning, and then slowly your life starts to spiral down. [I was] 90 pounds at one point." She cleaned her life up after a drug-infused conversation with god and she's been sober ever since. (Reuters)

Robert Downey Jr.  The late '90s were a crazy ride for the "Iron Man" star. He dabbled in pills, drinking heavily and always pushing the boundary, even getting mixed up with opium and heroin. "Smoking dope and smoking coke, you are rendered defenseless," he later told Rolling Stone magazine. "The only way out of that hopeful state is intervention." He has been clean since 2003 and credits his wife of seven years for helping him along the way. "There's no understanding for me of the bigger picture in real time in a hands-on way without her," he has said.  (Reuters)

Mark Wahlberg  When Mark Wahlberg is asked about a single moment that he would change in his past, it's quitting school when he was just 13. "I would probably choose not quitting school because that's when everything started to go downhill. That's when the drugs and the violence and all that stuff started to happen," he says. Meeting his wife Rhea Durham in 2001 turned his life around. "Obviously when I was going to have a child, it was like, you can't be a child having a child," he explains. The couple now has four kids.
