Libby Boyce posted a touching message about her late son Cameron on Saturday, weeks after the Disney Channel star passed away at the age of 20.

“He is my compass,” Libby captioned a black-and-white image of herself and Cameron, adding a red heart emoji at the end of the Instagram post.

Boyce, who starred in Disney’s “Descendants” franchise, died earlier this month from an epileptic seizure.

“Cameron’s tragic passing was due to a seizure as a result of an ongoing medical condition, and that condition was epilepsy,” a spokesperson for the Boyce family previous told E! News.

A preliminary report from the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office noted that Boyce’s death was the result of natural causes.

In the wake of Boyce’s death, the actor’s father, Victor Boyce, recently announced the inception of the Cameron Boyce Foundation.

“Now is the time to make a change. Donate what you can. Encourage your friends and family to do the same. Let’s keep Cameron’s legacy alive and make a positive difference in the World,” Victor posted last week on social media.

The organization, which will honor Boyce’s legacy, will provide “young people artistic and creative outlets as alternatives to violence and negativity and uses resources and philanthropy for positive change in the world,” per the foundation’s website.
