Carrie Underwood and husband Mike Fisher welcomed their second child on Monday.

The country superstar shared the news on Wednesday afternoon on Instagram.

"Jacob Bryan Fisher entered the world in the wee hours of the morning on Monday," the 35-year-old shared. "His mom, dad and big brother couldn't be happier for God to trust them with taking care of this little miracle!"

Underwood added, "Our hearts are full, our eyes are tired and our lives are forever changed. Life is good..."

The "Cry Pretty" singer shared several photos of her new bundle of joy. The first picture shows her husband beaming as he holds his newborn son while the second shows Underwood holding Jacob on her chest.

The third photo shows proud big brother Isaiah, 3, holding his new sibling.

In September, Underwood revealed she suffered three miscarriages.

“I kind of planned that 2017 was, you know, going to be the year that I work on new music, and I have a baby,” Underwood said in a candid interview with CBS Sunday Morning’s Tracy Smith earlier this year. “We got pregnant early 2017, and it didn’t work out.”

The star added that she got pregnant again in the spring, but that it also didn’t work out.

"Got pregnant again, early 2018. Didn't work out. So, at that point, it was just kind of like, 'Okay, like, what's the deal? What is all of this?'”

The country star explained that each miscarriage led her directly to writing more music.

"'Cause I would literally have these horrible things going on in my life, and then have to go smile and, like, do some interviews or, like, do a photo shoot or something, you know? So it was just kind of, like, therapeutic, I guess,” she explained at the time.
