Some of the biggest stars in the world of music and Hollywood came out last night for the Bafta Brittania Awards in Los Angeles and the MTV Europe Awards in Germany. BEST: Katy Perry looked stunning in a glamorous black and white mermaid gown with an embellished lace shoulder. But the dress, while lovely, looked slightly out of place at an MTV Awards show, often known for the short, funky styles that traditionally dominate the red carpet. Oh Lil Kim. A part of us wants to give you a best award for your unwavering commitment to trashiness. So really, this will be harder on us than it is on you. We appreciate the leather hot pants, really, we do. But there comes a time in every rapper's life that she has to put the leather away. Or at the very least, buy a pair that don't look like they are constricting blood flow to your head, which could of course explain the reason for the sunglasses, no doubt hiding a pained expression in those eyes. Best: Amy Adams dress is pretty enough. And it's definitely one of those wardrobe staples that could be in anyone's closet. It's chic and glamorous and ... safe. But do any of you ever get the urge to shake Amy up and ask her to allow Lil Kim to style her?
