9 Pics That Prove Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet Would Make the Perfect Couple

Leonardo DiCaprio took home the Oscar for Best Actor at The 88th Academy Awards after a long history of Oscar snubs, and perhaps no one was more proud than Leo's biggest fan, Kate Winslet. She was seen cheering tearfully in the audience as Leo accepted his long-awaited and well-deserved award. In fact, back in 2012, DiCaprio even escorted his long-time friend Winslet down the aisle — but unfortunately, they weren’t marrying each other. Instead, Leo gave Kate away to her third and current husband, Ned Rocknroll. Well move over, Ned! DiCaprio’s and Winslet’s love for each other, even if it's only friendly, is undeniable. They debuted their on-screen chemistry in the 1997 movie "Titanic," in which their young and forbidden love was a definite tear-jerker. Then in 2008, the "Titanic" co-stars took it up a notch by playing husband and wife in the emotional "Revolutionary Road." Aside from their on-screen chemistry, the two friends have been dropping hints of a deeper connection for years. Kate professed her love for Leo in her 2009 Golden Globes acceptance speech, saying, "I love you with all my heart, I really do." Leo returned her affection by blowing a sweet kiss from the audience.
