    5 Cursed Casts

Something fishy seems to be going on here...

  • Grey's Anatomy
Nikki the Psychic tells FOXNews.com there's a ghost on the set of 'Grey's Anatomy' that she blames for many of the problems befalling cast members like Isiaih Washington (evicted from home) and T.R. Knight (three-car pileup). Nikki predicts Sandra Oh on crutches in the near future.

  • Seinfeld
Was it a sneaky ghost that made ex-'Seinfeld' cast member Michael Richards go on a racist rant at a comdy club three years ago? Is it a curse that has kept cast members Jerry Seinfeld and Jason Alexander without Seinfeldian hits since the show closed up shop in 2000? Only Julia-Louis Dreyfus has thrived post-show. Maybe she's the evil spirit.

  • Poltergeist
Okay, the 'Poltergeist' movie curse evidence is really creepy. Dominique Dunne, who played the oldest sister, was choked to death by her boyfriend in 1982. Heather O'Rourke, who played Carol Anne, died in 1988 at the age of 12 from septic shock after bacterial toxins invaded her bloodstream. O'Rourke starred in a Rainbow Brite commercial with Judith Barsi. Barsi died at age 10, five months after O'Rourke died. She was murdered along with her mother by her father. Actor Will Sampson performed an exorcism on the "Poltergeist II" set to rid it of "alien spirits." A year later, he died. Brian Gibson, director of Poltergeist II, died of bone cancer at the age of 59 in 2004. Yikes.

  • Superman
Christopher Reeve played Superman three times in the 1980s. He was paralyzed after being thrown from his horse in 1995. He died in 2004 of heart failure. His wife Dana died of lung cancer two years later, even though she didn't smoke. Margot Kidder, who played Lois Lane opposite Christopher Reeve, was missing for several days in 1996 and was found by police babbling to herself. She now rarely works. Lee Quigley played baby Kal-El in the 1978 Superman movie. He died at age 14 after inhaling solvents. Richard Pryor starred in 1983's Superman III. In 1986 he announced he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. He died in 2005. George Reeves played Superman in the 1951 Superman film and the ensuing TV series. Days before he was to be married in 1959, he committed suicide.

  • Different Strokes
The cast of "Diff'rent Strokes" has fared worst than most sitcom stars. Dana Plato (Kimberly Drummond) died of a drug overdose in 1999 after dabbling in porn. Gary Coleman (Arnold Jackson) has held a series of odd jobs while playing himself occasionally on reality TV. He's currently listed as the "secretary controller" for a media group - whatever that means. Todd Bridges (Willis Jackson) battled cocaine addiction, was acquitted of attempted murder in the shooting of a drug dealer, and stabbed someone in the chest with a kitchen knife (the guy was coming at him with a sword, so it was ruled the guy had it coming). He's currently a pro wrestler in a local wrestling circuit. Seriously. Conrad Bain (daddy Drummond) never worked again, but at least he didn't spend all of his money on drugs, and he's still alive. Mr. Drummond beat the curse!
