Just because you drive a truck powerful enough to tow your house around doesn't mean you have to rough it. All of Detroit's Big 3 automakers now offer fully luxed-out versions of their heavy duty pickups for customers who work and play hard, but don't mind paying the price for a little pampering.

    Ford F-Series Super Duty Platinum

Ford's F-250, F-350 and F-450 lines of pickups will soon be available in a Platinum trim that features more chrome and leather than the entire 1950's and should run upwards of $70,000 for a fully-loaded model. Available with either a 6.7-liter Powerstroke diesel or 6.2-liter gasoline-powered V8, the new trim level sits atop the King Ranch in the F-Series hierarchy and comes standard with navigation and a MyFord touch infotainment system supplemented with big control knobs to make it easier to use with work-glove wearing hands.

    GMC Sierra Denali HD

GMC's Denali trim line is synonymous with the company's "Professional Grade" brand of luxury, and is an option on the Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD. The crew cabs are available with a choice of diesel and gasoline engines and can be outfitted in a variety of configurations featuring wood trim, heated and cooled leather seats and a Bose sound system. A maxed-out diesel dually runs about $58,000 and can tow 16,800 pounds.

Ram 2500 and 3500 Laramie Limited

Like the standard Ram 1500 Laramie Limited pictured here, the exterior of the 2500 and 3500 Heavy Duty versions feature body color front and rear bumpers and relatively low key chrome accents. Inside, piped and logo-embossed leather seats combine with french-stitched leather on the dashboard and "gentleman's watch" chrome rings around the gauges to improve the already impressive cabin of the Ram, which should top out at over $60,000 in this trim level when it goes on sale this spring.
