Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has returned to work after a two-month stay in rehab.
Ford arrived at City Hall on Monday afternoon after checking out of the facility. He is scheduled to read a statement but is refusing to take questions.
Ford was in rehab for alcohol addiction. He entered in late April after a video surfaced that apparently showed him smoking crack.
Ford admitted last year, after reports of a similar video, that he had smoked crack in a "drunken stupor." That admission followed months of denials.
The mayor of Canada's largest city has not abandoned his effort to seek a second term in October.
He entered rehab months after he announced he was finished with alcohol. Several reports of intoxicated behavior followed.
