Wellington Oliveira walked into his former school and shot 12 students to death, he recorded a video in which he rambles in an emotionless tone about his plans for the attack and says it was part of a fight "against cruel, cowardly people." The video, obtained by Globo TV, first aired Tuesday night and posted on the television station's website Wednesday.
