In Badiraguato, the municipality where Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán was born, the mood at the time of his July 11 escape from a Mexican federal prison was festive, locals say. “The reaction among people in Sinaloa was one of gusto,” one resident, Omar Meza, told Fox News Latino. “He's very popular here.”
