MADRID – Spain's Interior Ministry says police have arrested at least four people for allegedly praising terrorism on social networks.
A ministry statement Wednesday said raids were being carried out in eight of Spain's 17 regions, indicating there could be more arrests.
Those arrested are also suspected of humiliating victims of terrorism. No details were released.
The statement said Wednesday's operation was a continuation of others over the past two years that have led to more than 50 arrests.
