British emergency services say they are responding to a "major incident" at a disused power station in southern England.
Photographs of the Didcot plant, 60 miles (100 kilometers) west of London, showed that part of a building appears to have collapsed.
South Central Ambulance says it has sent six ambulances, two air ambulances and a hazardous area response team to the site Tuesday afternoon. The service could not confirm any casualties.
The incident occurred at an old coal- and oil-fueled plant that has been closed since 2013 and is slated for demolition. Didcot also houses an operating gas-powered plant.
