A body has been found near the site where a whale-watching boat capsized last month off Canada's Pacific Coast, killing five British tourists and leaving an Australian man missing.

The British Columbia Coroners Service said Thursday it was sending a coroner to the scene and could not yet say if the remains are those of the 27-year-old Australian man. The 20-meter (65-feet) Leviathan II on Oct. 25 off the Vancouver Island community, with 27 people on board.

The victims ranged in age from 18 to 76.

Officials say the passengers were sightseeing on one side of the upper deck when a wave hit from the opposite side, flipping the boat.
