Turkey's highest court has ruled that the country's ban on YouTube violates the freedom of expression.
The state-run Anadolu Agency says the Constitutional Court would notify authorities of its decision and order that access to the video sharing website be restored.
The ruling is a setback for Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who had advocated the ban of YouTube.
