Israel's prime minister is accusing the international community of being too soft toward the Palestinians.
In a speech to Jewish leaders from North America on Sunday night, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused the world of ignoring Palestinian incitement and tolerating Palestinian violence.
He said: "It's time that the international community, certainly the serious members of the international community, understand this is a two-way street, because peace is not a one-way street and it won't be."
Netanyahu spoke days after coming under fierce international criticism for announcing plans to build thousands of homes in West Bank and east Jerusalem settlements.
On Thursday, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said the planned construction on occupied lands claimed by the Palestinians raises questions about Israel's seriousness about reaching peace.
