People are repairing homes and cleaning streets in central Vietnam after a tropical storm killed three people and damaged close to 100,000 homes.
Vietnam's disaster agency said Tuesday that two men were killed in Quang Binh province when a radio station antenna tower fell on them. It said another man was killed when a wall collapsed. Around 40 people were reported injured.
Disaster official Le Tien Dung said streets in Dong Hoi City were strewn with fallen trees.
Wutip was the strongest storm to hit Vietnam this year when it made landfall late Monday. Chinese authorities say Wutip sank at least two Chinese fishing vessels in the South China Sea, leaving 74 fishermen missing.
