LONDON (AFP) – Terror police have charged two men under the 2000 Terrorism Act following their arrest in Dover last Monday, Scotland Yard announced.
The 29 year-old and 22-year-old were charged Sunday with conspiring to attend a place used for terrorist training and with the unlawful possession of ammunition.
Mohommod Hassin Nawaz and Hamza Nawaz, both British citizens, were arrested when they arrived in Dover from Calais.
They will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on September 23.
