BIRMINGHAM, England –  A Pakistani man was arrested by counterterrorism officers at Birmingham airport in central England, police said Tuesday.

The 22-year-old was arrested Monday evening after arriving on a flight from Dubai. Officials said he was in possession of a document likely to be of use to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.

The man was traveling on a student visa, and is studying in the UK.

He is a Pakistani national, according to Sky News sources.
