The following recalls have been announced:
_ Austinuts Wholesale Inc. is recalling select snack products, because they could be contaminated with salmonella. This is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections, especially in young children, the elderly and those with weakened immune systems. No illness has been reported. This recall includes the following products:
_ All products labeled as honey roasted peanuts with lot numbers beginning with the letter P and ending with the code 19000PB and UPC codes 798612-19004, 798612-19008 and 798612-19025. These were distributed across the country.
_ Sweet & Spicy snack mix with lot numbers beginning with the letter P and ending with the code 24200PB and UPC code 798612-24208. These were distributed in Texas.

Allegro Fine Foods Inc. is recalling about 45 cases of WOW Thai Peanut Wing Sauce & Dressing packaged in gallon jugs because the products could be contaminated with salmonella.
