EL CENTRO, Calif. A woman arrested during an investigation into a bombing at a San Diego courthouse has been denied bail.
Prosecutors told a judge in El Centro on Wednesday that Rachelle Carlock violated her parole after a 1999 robbery conviction. They say she poses a danger to the community.
Carlock has pleaded not guilty to using a fake driver's license to try to buy gunpowder, possessing explosive materials and identity theft.
Her attorney says nothing in court documents links Carlock to the May 4 bombing. It damaged the lobby of the federal courthouse and sent shrapnel as far as two blocks. No one was injured.
