Broncos' victory parade: Unseasonable warmth to unfold for Super Bowl 50 celebration

After taking home the Lombardi Trophy at Super Bowl 50, the Denver Broncos will tour through the streets of downtown Denver in a victory parade on Tuesday.

Fans will have the chance to see the team at a parade and pep rally as ideal weather conditions unfold.

Starting near Coors Field, a parade will kick off at noon local time and end at Civic Center Park where the pep rally will follow.

Players, coaches, Gov. John Hickenlooper and Mayor Michael Hancock will attend.

"It looks to be a gorgeous day," AccuWeather Meteorologist Maggie Samuhel said.

Temperatures will rise into the low 50s F by the start of the parade, nearly 10 degrees Fahrenheit above normal for this time of year.

"Spectators will be able to leave the heavy coats at home," Samuhel said.

Instead, parade-goers might want to take a pair of sunglasses as skies will be clear.
