After thunderstorms lift through London Friday night, another warm day is in store for Saturday before temperatures cool down on Sunday.
Highs in London will be 4 to 6 degrees C (8 to 12 degrees F) above normal on Saturday ahead of a disturbance that will bring clouds, showers and even a thunderstorm on Sunday.
Saturday's warmth will be accompanied by dry weather and some sunshine.
While there will be a threat for rain for Wimbledon play on Sunday, players will welcome temperatures falling toward more typical values for this time of the year, generally near 23 C (74 F).
A few showers and rumbles of thunder will also be found across the rest of England, and much of Wales and Scotland, for that matter.
The unsettled and cooler weather will remain across the United Kingdom for much of the upcoming week, as an area of low pressure swirls overhead.
