Severe thunderstorms will bring the threat of damaging hail, and strong winds to areas including Ohio, parts of Pennsylvania, New York state and neighboring Canada Tuesday afternoon and evening.
The strong storms could cause power outages and significant property damage.
"This is a type of situation where fast-moving storms with powerful winds can catch people off guard," said AccuWeather.com Severe Weather Expert Henry Margusity.
