Seven people are dead after a plane crashed on takeoff Saturday night from Hanscom Field in Bedford, Massachusetts.
The crash was reported about 9:40 p.m. EDT Saturday.
Hanscom Field is next to Hanscom Air Force Base.

The plane, a Gulfstream IV jet, was en route to the Atlantic City International Airport, WBZ-TV in Boston reported.
The weather at the time of the crash was clear with no wind and a temperature in the upper 40s, AccuWeather.com Meteorologist Brian Lada said.
The National Transportation Safety Board said on its Twitter feed late Saturday that it was investigating the cause of the crash. The Federal Aviation Administration also was investigating.
