The Pennsylvania capital will be seeing a roller-coaster ride of temperatures through the weekend.
Ending the workweek on Friday, temperatures will be about 10 degrees above average for the middle of March. However, this springlike sunshine will be short lived.
More clouds move in for the weekend, in addition to a shower or two Friday night and into Saturday.
Along with the weekend will come another push of cooler air into the region. After highs near in the upper 50s on Saturday, temperatures will struggle to reach the upper 40s on Sunday, despite the emerging sunshine.
Temperatures will drop even further on Monday, only making it to the mid-30s in the afternoon. But a new high pressure will move into central Pennsylvania for the middle of the week. This will bring temperatures back near 50 F Tuesday and Wednesday.
