It will be a warmer weekend for the Dallas area following the freeze on Friday.
After freezing rain and snow stopped traffic, grounded hundreds of flights and led to numerous accidents across much of the state, the temperatures will climb back into the 60s for Saturday.
Sunday will be even warmer will highs likely reaching the 70-degree mark. Each day will feature a good amount of sunshine and a few passing clouds.
Overnight lows will stay in the upper 30s and lower 40s without precipitation.
Winds will be moderate for most of the weekend, but may gust up to 30 mph on Sunday night ahead of another temperature drop for Monday, when highs will struggle in the 40s.
