A series of cold fronts moving through the Northeast will usher cooler air across the Philadelphia area for the weekend.
The first of these cold fronts moved through Friday morning, accompanied by gusty winds that has resulted in flight delays up to 2 hours at the Philadelphia International Airport.
These winds will subside by Saturday; however, another cold front is setting up to move through Saturday night, bringing a chilly northerly breeze with it.
While winds are not expected to be as strong with this second front, the chilly breeze behind it will make the AccuWeather.com RealFeel® temperatures stay in the mid-40s through much of Sunday.
These cooler air will remain in place into the start of next week with temperatures running more than 10 degrees below normal.
