An area of high pressure wedged between a storm system off the Northwest coast and the system that brought rain and snow to California earlier this week will provide a sunny and warm weekend to the Bay Area.
Areas of low coastal clouds will be around in the morning, but they will dissipate as the day progresses. Slight breezes will accompany temperatures in the middle to upper 60s. Occasional afternoon clouds may pass through the area during the day.
During the overnight hours, lows will dip into the low 50s, and more clouds will be around than during the daytime.
