Tropical Storm Humberto has re-formed far out over the Atlantic.

The storm's maximum sustained winds Monday morning are near 40 mph with slow strengthening expected over the next few days.

Humberto is centered about 1,200 miles southwest of the Azores and is moving west-northwest near 8 mph.

The storm is not a threat to land and its forecast track currently shows it will stay over water.
