Slow moving downpours and thunderstorms slammed Lebanon, Pa., late Monday afternoon. Heavy downpours and flash flooding risks are expected to continue through the early evening and late into Monday night.
"The worst of it will be over the next few hours," said AccuWeather Meteorologist, Andrew Mussoline.
Already the storms dumped between two to four inches of rain on the city in a two hour period, according to radar estimates.
Already, the 911 call center in the area reported flooding in multiple roadways, alleys and streets throughout the city. Localized flash flooding will remain the largest threat until late Monday night.
